Request

We were asked by company Codefine from Switzerland, the manufacturer of big bags and packaging materials for Ikea, British Roayal Mail and another big companies. We were asked through their plant Transpac Hungary Kft.

The point of the request was to increase and make easier the production of plastic hooks on big bags in their factory in India.

Solution

We recommended following machine models: single needle machine GF-3131-447 MH and double needle machine GF-2207-147 LM.

The main model was pattern sewing machine with sewing area 15 x 10 cm, GPS/H-1510H-22. This model we equipped with two different clamps for sewing of two sizes of plastic hooks.

Result

Our solution has speeded up and simplified the production of these products without the need of skilled operators. By this the production cost has been decreased.
