Request

We were asked by company Profimex, producer of work pants, with request of increasing productivity of sewing of pockets.

The point of request was to increase the production efficiency and simplify the operation of the machine.

Solution

At first we developer and made the special folder which iron the pockets with using press machine DY-450.

Since this operation was performed manually beforehand, there has been a great deal of time and work simplification.

In the second step we made special template for sewing of folded pocket with using our pattern sewing machine GPS/G-6032.

We used this template for sewing of the pocket and achieved fast and simple sewing of pockets.

Result

The main advantage of this solution is time savings. This solution is easier to operate, increases the efficiency and productivity.

Also it eliminates inaccuracies that can occur when the product is sewn manually.
