Company Calçados Kidy is big manufacturer of children’s and therapeutic shoes in Brazil. We were asked by this company with request for elimination of chemical process of bonding prior of sewing operations during production.

Solution

Instead of regular sewing process on post bed machines we decided to do sewing process inside of fixing feed plate on electronically control pattern sewing machines. For children’s shoes we select our Garudan model GPS/G-3525 and for therapeutic shoes model GPS/G-6040.

The unique fixing plate issue material fixing in three levels without using of bonding process. After material fixing an automatic sewing process follows.

Result

This solution is easier for machine operator, increases efficiency and productivity. 

The result is natural ecological footwear.
