INVERSIONES TRIV3NTTO is leading producer of top-quality work and safety shoes from Colombia (brands Casterland, Skyland, Maryland and Triv3ntto).

The company applies modern technologies in the production process and came to us with the request of automation of sewing operations. Besides, they needed to use two colors of thread, while keeping the same effectivity of production.

Solution

The request was solved by replacement of existing conventional machines by programmable stitching machines Garudan GPS. Machines with different working areas have been supplied.

The most effective was introduction of machines Garudan GPS-6032GD, which enable sewing with two different colors of upper thread in one sewing operation without necessity of stitching on two different machines or replacement of thread.

This solution also enables usage of two different thicknesses of thread in one sewing operation.

Result

Now the company uses stitching automats Garudan for practically all sewing operations, resulting in great acceleration and streamlining of the production process.
