COLLIN’S JEANS

Request

We were asked by company Colin’s, the biggest producer of denim outfit in Turkey, with request of sewing patterns on trouser legs.

The point of request was to increase the productivity, facilitate this sewing operation and decrease production cost.

Solution

We made special modification of electronically controlled machine model GPS/G-3525G-20 with automatic movement of the material.

This modification with long cylinder bed allows stitching to run along the circumference of the material including stretch jeans.

Result

Our solution accelerated this sewing operation without using qualified operator. One operator can operate two machines at one time.

Easy conversion of cylinder design to standard flat bed pattern stitcher with sewing area 35 x 25 cm (supplied as the option) increase variability of the machine.
