CENTRUM TECHNIKI „MCK9999“

Request

We were asked by company Centrum Techniki „MCK9999“, one of the biggest producers of matresses in Poland and supplier for IKEA, with request for sewing of zippers on covers of matresses.

The point of request was to increase the productivity and facilitate this sewing operation.

Solution

We decided to supply the double needle flat bed machine with length of arm 100 cm, model GF-238-448MH/L100/PTL/ZF, equipped with double puller.

Together with our partner, company Gawliczek s.r.o., we developed special device for sewing of zippers.

Result

Our solution has greatly accelerated this sewing operation and increased productivity and efficiency.
