Request

We were asked by company Harrison Spinks, one of the biggest manufacturers of mattresses in Great Britain with request for sewing of labels on mattresses.

The point of request was to increase the productivity, make more variants of labels with using of one type of the template without using bottom air suction for fixing the label.

Solution

We decided to supply the pattern sewing machine GPS/G-3525G-20 and designed special template for sewing of more variants of labels without the need to change the template.

It allows sewing of the labels without using the bottom air suction. The label is fixed firmly and accurately.

Result

This solution is easier, cheaper, increases efficiency and productivity. It eliminates failures of bottom air suction which is very expensive and requires complex modifications of the machine.
