Sewing of medical supplies

Request

The company from Northern Bohemia is a major producer of medical supplies for military units from around the world.

We were asked by this company with a request to improve and to make it more efficicient the production of bandages.

Solution

We supplied many machines to this factory, espcially pattern sewing machines GPS/G-3525 and GPS/G-6040 and developer special template for sewing of complete product in one sewing operation. The operator can prepare another template with using two templates.

This work operation is very easy, just enough fix all parts of the bandage to the template, put it into the machine and start the machine.

 

Result

As the other template is loaded during sewing cycle, the sewing is running continuously.

We simplified the production process and increased productivity.
